Case appears to be copper lined lead
Case is mostly soldered together
Connectors are likely most properly removed by having a tool that unscrew the aluminum spacers. However, I removed them by cutting into the case and peeling away the threading (lead, so its easy to do). I had to cut some wires to internal electronics for them to release
Some quick tests indicated my unit did not have PCBs, but I'm not confident on that result
