Couldn't get x-ray on. While interlock1 came shorted, interlock2 is not. Suspect that is the issue and a yellow light will come on
Bring up summary (Pony DR2):
- Unit off
- Close both interlocks
- Rotary switch left / "OFF"
- Turn key to power on
- Interlock light should be yellow indicating both interlocks are closed
- Move rotary switch to middle / "ON"
- Will slowly warm up to 20 kV. Voltage will be displayed
- Will sit here for 5 to 10 minutes. AGING light should be on
- Will slow start ramping up voltage past 20 kV. I started detecting x-rays at this point, although I shut off only at maybe 35 kV

25 pin serial. Used a DB25 to DB9 adapter and was able to get the message "ERROR" when I pressed enter
interlock1
2 wires. Came with shorting plug
Internally appear to go to J1
Why isn't interlock1 and interlock2 in series? Do they serve different purposes?

- 1: red
- 2: orange
- 3: white
- 4: gray
Red and orange go to J11 near large MATSUSHITA relay
Think white and gray go to J9 along with a few other wires
Came with adapter cable HCN21A
- black

- goes to another cable
- 12V across white-white
- shorted white-white and interlock light illuminated!
